• Monthly members are billed on a monthly basis.

b. Annually-Paid Membership

• Annual members are billed once per year at a discounted rate.
• Annual memberships are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your purchase, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Get Support.

3. Refund Policy

a. Annually-Paid Membership

• If you cancel your annually-paid membership within 14 days of the initial payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
• No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period.
• Refund requests should be directed to Get Support and must include your membership details and reason for cancellation.

b. Monthly Membership

• Monthly memberships do not include a refund option but can be canceled at any time.
• Upon cancellation, access will continue until the end of the billing cycle, at which point membership will end and no further payments will be charged.
